LILLNORD's fermentation room air conditioning unit, the PG1000 product range, is delivered as a plug-in unit that can be advantageously installed in any existing fermentation room. The system ensures the right climate and air circulation with automatic supply of steam and heat according to manually set values.
Optimal bread quality
The PG steam system produces steam electronically. The insulated steam generator with adjustable steam capacity ensures precise steam dosage without steam lag, thus ensuring uniform fermentation and optimal bread quality.
Connection with shared control
A single PG1000 can be expanded by connecting multiple systems with a common control, covering fermentation rooms from 1 m2 up to 100 m2 or even larger.
